disappointing people

is something i've always been overly concerned about. just when i think i have it conquered, i realize how much i'm still doing for the approval of others, and how hard it is for me to let things go sometimes, not because i love doing them but because i don't want to feel like i've let anyone down.

it's time to let go. again.

  1. Well again I think our focus as Christians should be faith in a loving God who has a plan for our life. Not in satisfaction in any other, even if the other is people whom we love dearly. We are called to love people. But the question is where does the love of people align in relation to our Love of God. God, People, Self (I think this is the biblical alignment). But of course any insight anyone else has is welcome. I am by no means a inexhaustive resource.
